Scientific and technical project – the purpose of which is to provide scientific, educational, research and applied opportunities in the field of optics, laser physics, optoinformatics, biophotonics, the creation of modern optical-electronic devices.

The modern level of development of optoelectronics and information technologies will allow to dynamically update the content of education in the field of optics, photonics and optical instrument making.

Creating and using elective courses in the field of optics and photonics will allow students to develop professional knowledge. Modern technologies are aimed at updating the knowledge of modern students in the open information space , the exchange of professional knowledge in international studies.

Main tasks:
• Mentoring and labor on StartUp projects.
• Strengthen international cooperation in the field of optics and photonics.
• Improving competence in the study of the role of LIGHT in life.
• Improving the understanding of optical technologies for the development of energy, education, health, information technology.
• Conduct R & D projects.
